Compliance department is there to make sure your privacy is safe!
Compliance starts with our founders. They have set the company policy in such way that every client and staff member feels comfortable. The interaction between our staff and the client is the foundation on which we intent to set a structure. In the end, you the client benefits and passes the word on to other potential clients.
Human Resourse
Our HR department get instructions from our compliance department. We select ONLY the best staff with good credentials for your benefit. Every staff member is screened on ID and criminal records.
As a result of our training focussed on a long term relations we are sure our precious clients stay with us. Afterall a happy client give you good reviews. So, if you are happy tell others, if not tell us!
GDPR regulations
Every time we connect with you all of the sessions are recorded for training porposes. This to be able to review the video and phone call. Compliance will check if the session is according to to the privacy policy rules set by GDPR.
For GDPR regulations we implemented a small questionary in the ‘help’ page where the client first of all has to state to be over 18 years of age.
Second that the machine(s) they are working on is their own or have full authority to make decisions.
Third the client needs to confirm legally to be free from guardianship to make decisions.
In order to be of service, we need your phone number(s) and email address. Concent is given to use this data for our own purposes only according to our privacy and cookie conditions.
